Lesson Description:

This lesson will be introducing students to the In re Gault Case that deals with the Due process of the Fourteenth Amendment of the United States Constitution. The fourteenth Amendment interprets that no person shall be deprived "of life, liberty, or property without the due process of law." It's essential for students to know their rights and experience real life cases. This reading lesson also includes writing, listening, speaking, and presenting.
