Hosting an ITEP Intern:

Air Quality Internship
The Institute for Tribal Environmental Professionals (ITEP) is seeking intern host sites for the Air Quality Internship Program. Tribal environmental offices, EPA offices, and other tribal environmental organizations that are selected as host sites, will host a college student for eight weeks, during the months of June, July and August. We are considering applications for a virtual internship or an in-person internship.

Water Resources and Land Management Internship
The Institute for Tribal Environmental Professionals is seeking tribal, federal or state agencies or NGO’s located within a Colorado River Basin state who are working on tribal water and land management efforts to host a college student for an 8 to 10-week summer internship. Entities with the ability to supervise and mentor internships in these areas are encouraged to apply. You are welcome to submit applications for both virtual projects and in-person projects. The projects should focus on addressing water or integrated water and land management and policy issues relevant to tribal communities in one of the 9 Colorado River basin states in the US or Mexico.
