It is organized around the following, simplified stages in the project cycle: analysis, design and implementation; and it provides guidance on information & knowledge management, including monitoring & evaluation. The toolkit was produced by CARE International, with technical input by the International Institute for Sustainable Development (IISD). July 2010.
