This best practices guide is designed to help EPA and tribal officials understand and take full advantage of the features and benefits of Performance Partnership Grants (PPGs), in which states and tribes may combine multiple environmental program grants into a single grant. PPGs are one of the cornerstones in the National Environmental Performance Partnership System (NEPPS) that serves as the framework for EPA-state-tribal relations.
