WWU students are out-of-state residents who are exclusively enrolled in online classes. Students exclusively enrolled in remedial classes or Arizona Regents University placeholder classes, and those classified as outbound International Student Exchange, outbound National Student Exchange, or Western Governor’s University participants are excluded.
