Elaina Doral

Elaina is the Program Coordinator for the National Tribal Water Council (NTWC). She joined the Institute for Tribal Professionals (ITEP) in February 2019.

Her past employment included working as an Environmental Specialist at the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality and a Program Coordinator at the Inter-Tribal Council of Arizona, Inc. Elaina has worked in programs for underground storage tanks, solid waste, and hazardous materials emergency preparedness.

Elaina graduated from Arizona State University. She has a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Master of Science in Environmental Technology Management. Elaina is an enrolled member of the Navajo Nation and originally from Newcomb, New Mexico. She enjoys spending time with her family and dogs.
