US EPA Air Pollution Training Institute (APTI):
APTI provides technical air pollution training to state, tribal, and local air pollution professionals, although
others may benefit from this training. The curriculum is available in classroom, telecourse, self-instruction,
and web-based formats. Courses are free-of-charge.

EPA's Air Pollution Distance Learning Network (APDLN):
The APDLN is a digital educational satellite-broadcasting network of over 120 governmental and university broadcast
affiliates located across the United States and in Canada. Anyone who wishes to attend a broadcast must contact
the site coordinator where you plan to attend. To determine the nearest downlink site to you, refer to the site

California Air Resources Board (CARB) Compliance Training Program:
The purpose of this program is to provide comprehensive education to further the professional development of
environmental specialists. The courses offered in this program provide information for both new and experienced
environmental professionals in California. (Similar training opportunities are available throughout the country
and internationally. Please contact the National Program for
information about courses offered outside California.) Courses are free-of-charge to employees of
federally-recognized tribes.

National Environmental Health Association:
NEHA e-Learning offers free access to online courses in everything from Onsite Wastewater and Indoor Air Quality
to Food Safety, Emerging Pathogens and All Hazards Preparedness as well as access to workforce development seminars
and CDC sponsored workshops for anyone. In addition all NEHA members also receive free Continuing Education (CE)
credits for all courses within the NEHA e-Learning site.

National Partnership for Environmental Technology Education (PETE):
The National Partnership for Environmental Technology Education (PETE), is a nonprofit organization that helps
facilitate partnerships with educational institutions, industry, and government. Serving the 50 states, Tribal
Nations, U.S. territories, and insular areas, the PETE network includes more than 400 community, tribal, and technical
colleges, representing one-third of America's two-year institutions. Current projects include training on EPA Grants
Management for Tribes, and developing science, technology, engineering and mathematics programs at Tribal Colleges.

This online training provider offers high-quality, free courses and tutorials on topics such as Math Basics
and Computer Basics. A wide range of courses and tutorials are available for specific applications such as
